The short version

Tutorman does not guarantee that you will earn anything. Nothing on this site is a promise, a prediction or a projection of income. Most people who buy business training do not build a full time income from it, and many earn nothing at all. Your result depends on your work, your market, your skill and your circumstances, and none of those are in our control.

Why this page exists

We teach people how to build an online business. That is a field full of exaggerated promises. We would rather be plain with you before you spend money than impressive before and disappointing after.

About the figures we mention

Where we refer to a result achieved by Leo Hokkanen or by anyone else, that figure describes one person’s past experience. It is not typical, it is not an average, and it is not what you should expect.

Figures quoted are gross revenue unless we say otherwise. Gross revenue is money received before advertising costs, tools, fees, tax and time are taken out. Profit is a different and much smaller number.

Past results, ours or anyone else’s, do not predict your results.

About testimonials

Any testimonial we publish is from a real person describing their own experience. It is their result, not a promise of yours. We do not pay for testimonials and we do not invent them.

What affects your result

How much time you actually put in. Whether you finish what you start. The market you choose and how crowded it is. Your existing skills and audience. How much you can afford to spend on advertising. Your pricing. Changes in platforms, costs and competition. Plain luck and timing.

We influence one of those things, which is the quality of the instruction. The rest is yours.

Business carries risk

Starting a business can cost you money as well as make it. You may spend on tools, advertising and time and end up with nothing to show for it. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose, and do not go into debt to buy business training, ours included.
